1- Install KhmerUnicode2.0.0 => Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NiDA 1.0) 44KB and CA Catalan
2- Instal setup.exe of Khmer-Vista-Keyboard => Khmer - NiDA Standard 1.0 128 KB and KH Khmer(Cambodge).
3- Control Panel => Clock, Language and Region => Keyboards and Languages => Change Keyboards... => Remove :
a- CA Catalan (Catalan)
(Keyboard
. Khmer - NiDA Standard 1.0)
b- KH (Cambodia)
(Keyboard
. Khmer
. Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NiDA 1.0)
=> Add
=> list of all languages and choice: Khmer Camodia)
Keyboard:
(uncheck) Khmer
(uncheck) Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NiDA 1.0)
(check ) Khmer - NiDA Standard 1.0
After validation KH KHMER (Cambodia) on The language Bar is opered.

1- Windows 32bits: Install khmerUnicode2.0.0.exe (http://www.cambodia.org/fonts/ and download KhmerUnicode2.0.0.zip). This install give two features ( Start -> Control Panel -> Add or remove programs:
-Khmer Unicode 2.0.0
-Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NIDA 1.0)
For Windows 64Bits: Install Khmer-NIDA Standard 1.0 Setup (setup.exe) from http://khmerseek.net/download/microsoft-windows/windows-vista-64-bit/20-khmer-vista-keyboard-64bit . This give -Khmer – NIDA 1.0
2- Start -> Control Panel -> Clock, Language and Region.
Click on “Modify Keyboard” -> Region and Languages.
In Keyboards and languages, click “Change keyboards” -> Text Services and Languages.
In Language Bar, we see:
- Language default: English (United State)
- Installed Services: English (United State)
Clavier
English
- Remove all others keyboards and Languages, if exist.
3- Now , Set up khmer language:
- Click on “Add” -> Add a input language, in list of alllanguages, choice:
Khmer (Cambodia):
-English
-Khmer
-more
Click on more, it display:
Khmer –NIDA Standard 1.0 and
Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NIDA 1.0).
- Check Khmer –NIDA Standard 1.0 for Windows 64bits or
Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NIDA 1.0). for Windows 32bits.
- Then click on Overview and Validate with OK all of step.
4- This display:
KH Khmer (Cambodia)
Keyboard
Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NIDA 1.0).
Or Khmer –NIDA Standard 1.0
5 - After Validation, KH Khmer (Cambodia) appears on the Language Bar of the Task Bar.
